any item you are not completely satisfied with.
Return within 10 days of receipt in saleable condition.
Johaab.com purchases can only be returned by post
(except for France where you can exchange in the Parisian showroom).
The return of an item is at customer’s cost Send you item back with a clear explanation of the reason of return and the products you would want to change for.



Due to the high demand of certain products,
sometimes even after payment,
the item you purchased may not be in stock.
In this case, we will attempt to ship the item
as soon as it becomes available and let you know by email.
You will be able to choose to wait for the item to be restocked
(can take up to 21 days), or get refund.


In the case of an incorrectly priced item,
we have the right to decline the sale.
Orders may be cancelled due to insufficient stock,
an inability to authorize a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent
or any other reason deemed appropriate by johaab.com.
